FORUM RULES & POSTING GUIDELINES - Read & Obey
Welcome to the new watch trading & real/fake identification discussion: internet auctions, sales, authenticity issues and spotting, etc.
You MUST abide by the following rules. Failure to do so will result in removal of your material (and related material) without any explanation or notice. Repeated failure will, unfortunately, result in banning. RULES: 1. No discussion of auctions for items being offered by you or someone you know. 2. Resolve auction-related disputes on the site where the auction was hosted. 3. Do not use this forum to promote auctions or as a shopping service. 4. You may post links to auction sites. 5. Any posts deemed (in the sole and absolute discretion of the admin/moderation team) to be advertising will be immediately removed. 6. Any casual allegation that a watch is a 'fake' should be justified otherwise the post may be removed. This should be achieved whilst not going into too much detail, good luck with that :) 7. False or exaggerated posts are strictly prohibited. 8. Any opinion expressed is the sole responsibility of the member expressing such an opinion. This forum, the Administrators and Moderators are not responsible and do not necessarily indorse any opinion so expressed by a member. 9. Respectful posts are required, personal disparaging remarks or inferences towards other members are prohibited. 10. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Moderators shall have the express right of unlimited authority to delete or amend any thread/post which they see fit to do so, without reason or notice. 11. Any public criticism of a moderators actions or inactions is not allowed. 12. The forum will not get involved in any disputes between private members and/or third parties. Members are forbidden from expressly or impliedy stating that their opinions are those of or in any way indorsed by the forum, the moderators or administrators. |

So as to enable better identification of issues the following guidelines where possible are recommended to be included in your thread:
• Title of listing as title of thread (unless there are multiple items) • A link to the listing or site. • The sellers name or listing number (makes tracking easier) • Reasons for your concern of authenticity or issues with the item. • Item description. • Item photo. It’s fairly important to pop in the sellers name as previous conversations/threads can easily be found and added to, saves starting new threads and having multiple conversations on the same item. The search function can be found in the forum tools menu on the upper right side on the watchout main page.

Naturally the gratuitous posting of any fake watches or any discussion in relation to the quality or comparison of fake watches to real watches will be dealt with swiftly and severely.
The moderator's determination in his discretion will be final.
