Glashütte Original Sixties Orange

Anyone own one? I’d love to see some video of how the dial plays in the light (not just photos) and there is nothing I can find online. I unfortunately don’t have an AD anywhere around.

Also, does the green one come off as a pure green? In some photos/lighting it sometimes looks teal?

Those were limited edition pieces. A boutique should have them. Last time I checked, the orange was a bit too much for me. Green is somewhat muted green with more color close to the center of the dial. Due to a special coloring technique, it is really hard to describe these things or just show a single picture. I found that with GO colors, it is best to see them in person.

With the vintage color collection, I would not buy unseen as the designs could be polarizing.

Makes sense. Wish I could find one local to see in the flesh.

Not sure if the boutique in SF is open, but SWATCH had a story close to the Union Square. I saw the watches there, but it was years ago.

The green is definitely green and I’ve never noticed it looking teal in any lighting. I think the promo photos are pretty accurate.

Like most nicer watches, really need to see the dial in person to appreciate it.
