What do you mean? It looks ok to me.. perhaps an aftermarket dial and bezel, but the watch case, bracelet, date wheel and crown have no red flags to me.

The date disk is fine for a watch of that age. A larger 5mm crown fitted, the smaller ones can be fiddly. Aftermarket dial, bezel and hands.

That is what they call a "string dial", always aftermarket.


As stated above, the watch itself appears to be authentic.

Pretty sure ROLEX made string dials. I’ve seen emerald string and wasn’t custom
