Incoming Aqua Terra GoodPlanet

I tried this watch on while I was in Florida and thought it was amazing but i thought it was expensive, particularly with the CDN dollar vs US. I ended up finding this one on EBay that a friend pointed out to me. I was really pleased with the deal. It’s the Aqua Terra GoodPlanet. I’ll take some better pictures in daylight tomorrow.

I’m very pleased!

Congratulations! Beautiful acquisition. I just recently discovered this watch when someone posted pictures of his that he had just purchased. I think it is one of best looking and most versatile Omegas around and I love the titanium case. I may have to start looking for one myself, but with a titanium bracelet.

Thanks! I went with the cordura strap because I was looking for something different than I usually wear. Everything else I own is on bracelet. This is extremely light and comfortable for the few hours I’ve worn it so far.

Thank-you! Here’s a better photo in the daylight.
I do have a small problem. My wife likes it and it adjusts to fit her. She wore it to work today!

My wife and I are both laughing at this.
Truth is, I’m happy she’s interested in it.

Love the colored hands and pointed dial markers. It’s so hard to find a white dial watch, this nails it! So versatile, you take it on vacation, wash the car and still be dressy. It’s a perfect all around watch. Enjoy!

Mine showed up today, I bought from Jomashop since they have a ridiculous coupon deal on the strap version right now ($3304 w/2-day shipping). I'm just on the fence as to whether it's worth the expense right now. I have a current gen 41 mm AT (black dial/bracelet) and a Sinn 556i that get 99% of my wrist time. Will I wear this departure from black on steel?

I think I expected it to be lighter in weight, but I need to demo it in some direct sunlight to get the full picture.

If you still love yours help convince me to keep it, I want to love it :)

EDIT: I wonder if there is any hope of procuring the titanium bracelet from Omega, I'd love to have the option to put it on its metal

Congrats! Pictures of yours? (not sure if exact same model as mine, as there is also a GMT version of it)

I think if you wear it a bit you’ll find the other watches heavy. Titanium rules in my book. Both my Omegas are Ti and they’re all I wear. My wife keeps swiping the AT GoodPlanet though. She loves it. So do I but I like that she wears it.
