Absence does make the heart grow fonder...

I don’t think I have worn this one since March (not a good watch with 6 year old twin boys) but put it on today and was instantly reminded how awesome the 5712 is.

It's an amazing feeling indeed! I pulled out the 5711 a couple weeks ago for the first time in ages and got goosebumps all over again.

That's what a keeper watch should do, after not wearing it for a while it should wow and surprise you all over again, that's when you know.

I also haven't worn my 5712 for close to 1 year. I'm not sure why but there is no desire to wear it. I should wear this watch more often.

+1 and a big bonus if it still keeps accurate time!

I would if I were you, unless you want to send it on a little vacay to a little island of rain...

But does PP would consider you as a 5712 owner?

Thanks all. It is a great watch and wearing it again reminds me of that.

When working in the office pre-COVID this one got a lot more wrist time but working from home now with my young kids around has changed my watch wearing habits. My oysterflex Daytona has gotten a lot more wrist time. And I picked up two FPJs just before prices went crazy. Hard to decide each day now.

Absolutely beautiful. Love that model. Dont own one but want one. I know the feeling though. I am wearing my SDK after a non stop affair with my SkyD.

This is such an awesome watch. The only Nautilus I'd ever consider or ever want to own. Enjoy it...I hope it brings an extra smile to your face!

Thanks and agree. The asymmetry does it for me amongst the different Nautilus models.
