A lovely looking Star Wheel. A bit plain in certain aspects, commensurate with the design/level of finishing of the time, but still thoroughly enjoyable.

Early/mid ‘90s.
Not sure if the oval Millenary version, with the minutes arc on the right, replaced it or the two were produced together for a while.
