Lady's Jubilee Bracelet Repair Question

My wife lost her datejust after hanging it on a drawer knob. It had dropped into the pocket of a robe she had taken out of the dryer just after. It only took us a day to find! Fun times.

The bracelet pulled apart at the clasp as pictured below. Should a jeweler be able to just bend the open link back in place or would you replace the link for fear it's stressed? It's not previously been modified or repaired. Thanks for any advice or opinions. Cheers

Should get a professional repair / replacement. Bent metal can lead to metal fatigue and will likely crack / fail again. How did this failure occur in the first place? Did it get snagged and pulled?

These are easily replaceable. Even aftermarket parts are a secure option in this case.

I get them here ----> https://www.jewelerssupplies.com/bra...99.659.01.html

Yes snagged and pulled. Thanks for the advice and also for the link. I won't be repairing myself but good to know what to parts options for repair are. Cheers
