Anybody seen this dial before?
Hello,
I was browsing the bay for 1500s and found this. I've never seen a dial like that before so I'm posting it here for people to give their inputs. I know the watch is beaten, just curious here. Thanks http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rolex-1500-S...item27fe21aa8e |

Possibly a custom printed dial.

quite odd...almost looks like aging, but the spray concept makes more sense (since I can't think of anything Rolex made that would age like that).

I simply tried googling another dial in similar colour. Nothing pops up. Tried many words. Probably refinished. The pics are not that crisp and the print on the dial looks not that "cool" It's ok I was wondering if it was a colour I've never seen or simply this, refinished.
Thanks guys |
