Great watch! Wear it in the best of health.

Received a package at work today from NOMOS, typical outside the box marketing by NOMOS,

German postage stamps that feature their watches and movements.

Thank you Ralph!

That is a pretty cool way to keep existing customers keen and interested in your product I like how Nomos are slightly unconventional or contrarian.

It's my 1 year anniversary of having this Orion 38, which I still love. It's amazing how much the dial colour changes depending on the light.

Nomos Metro 38 no date

Just picked this up today! Based on the Hodinkee limited edition Metro, super clean without the date. The difference being a closed case back and missing "chronometer" on the dial. Reference 1109

Congratulations! I'm super jealous!

I saw that this was released at Baselworld but there wasn't much press about it. I love how you can get it in both steel case back or sapphire case back and with a grey dial too.

I think it's great value for what it is. A clean dial and it's the cheapest Metro!

I'm having a tough time deciding between this and the Ahoi Signalblau.

Nice Weltzeit! Been obsessed with mine as well.
Was talking to my AD the other day, who said they could schedule a tour in Glashutte. Has anyone ever been?

Thanks! Sorry for the delay- it's this Rios Louisiana embossed leather - http://www.rios1931shop.com/Louisian...2_8528471.aspx

I went for a 20mm and squeezed it into the 19mm lug width no problems. Thought that would be better than having a gap with an 18mm.

Got this one at a steal...heck, even if I had bought this brand new it would have been a steal. Nomos could double their prices and probably still move just as many pieces.

Great watch! It drives the OCD crowd nuts. Not that there's anything wrong with being OCD. If I didn't already have an ORION I'd have one.

Wear it in the very best of health!
