Dr Frankenstein
Wow, just wow:
A controversial surgeon who aims to carry out the world’s human head transplant claims to have successfully carried out the operation on a corpse. The 18-hour operation showed that it is possible to reconnect the spine, nerves and blood vessels, according to controversial surgeon Professor Sergio Canavero. At a press conference in Vienna, Professor Canavero announced that a team at Harbin Medical University had ‘realised the first human head transplant.’ Canavero said that the first operation on a living patient will take place ‘imminently’. Canavero said, ‘The first human transplant on human cadavers has been done. A full head swap between brain dead organ donors is the next stage. https://www.yahoo.com/news/worlds-fi...132553590.html

The amount of questions this raises is ridiculous and quite scary.

This seems so wrong on so many levels and so many questions like he says they can reattach the spinal cord. Well if they have this capability why isn't it used to solve paralysis in patients?

Does this 'groundbreaking' surgical procedure mean that it will someday be feasible to attach a cryogenically frozen/preserved head onto a living body? Curious. Where are they going to get a willing participant?

It's FRANKEN...STEEN, FRANKENSTEEN! ;-)
Either way, this should not end well one way or another for either end.
