Question for Seiko Prospex Turtle owners

Can someone please tell me the difference between these two? The price differs significantly for some reason, know why?

I think this is common for Seiko, including two models in my collection.

The model number ending in J1 indicates it's made in Japan, which ultimately makes them a bit more desirable among buyers / collectors.

The model number ending in K1 indicates it's made in Korea.

For my King Samurai's I made sure to buy both with J1 at the end of the model number, as I was one who preferred it in that instance.

I agree with Rommel, but either way, the minute/second track is horribly misaligned on both of them.

Neither of these are made in Japan, just label requirements by the country where they are marketed. The fact some hold the J to a higher value than K is nothing more than internet hype. Trickle down snake oil from the higher end watch community.
