I have been looking for a 5740 for 6 months but the best price i was able to get for new piece was 215-220k. Last month, the dealers i tried are even less interested to sell here in Dubai. Is there anythinhg in the market that you are seeing making those dealers not flexible? I though the market is still going down and those big pieces are not easy to move?

Thought to check with the experts here.

Regards,

Best I could get someone to was 225k on a 2022

No one else wanted to drop below $235-240k range

Icon14 Finally!!!

Hey Guys,

Really happy to share I finally managed to hold of my grail Nautilus 5740g, best of all an end 2022 piece with the new style micro adjustment clasp.
Thank you for this thread for enabling push past month.
(Pardon the quick photo without setting the time, date, etc, hardly could contain my excitement)

Cheers

Thank you IIngoc, not sure when PP did the crossover, I set my mind that its a deal breaker for any 5740g that piece doesn't come with the updated clasp.
Its an extremely useful feature of the Nautilus bracelet for a perfect fit.

Cheers

Thank you Patek_collector, the amount you mentioned is only very slightly higher than what I got for, I think this ballpark is reasonable considering how difficult to get an allocation from the boutique/ADs channel.

I agree, this makes sense for the OP.
