Trying a different band.

Tried a leather strap on my 34mm op date.
The watch is 1982 but I worked out from the stamps, the stainless bracelet is from 2007 so it's not like I'm messing with the watches originality... not sure at the moment which works best. I'll try both for a few days each and decide.

It is very versatile and works well on both leather and steel. But I kinda prefer the look of this model on the oyster steel bracelet.

I'd have to agree.

It was just an eBay job.. didn't want to go and buy a top end strap initially in case I didn't like it. Although I have to say the quality is very good.
Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182456167680

So classy, such good taste? I don't believe you can buy good taste?

Icon6 Good looking leather!

I routinely change to leathe and rubber straps year round. Works well for me and my watches look different with any strap or in its original bracelet.

Now it's been on my wrist a few days it's feeling much more comfortable as it softens up and shapes to my wrist.
Thanks for the kind words.

just a question though, doesnt the part with the buckle usually attach to the top of the watch? did you attach the strap sections this way on purpose?
