Nothing wrong with offering the bundle if you want all those watches. If that doesn't work out I'd start with getting a preowned 3706 on the pyramid bracelet from IWC's better days. Much more balanced design than those 3777s. Just my two cents of course...

I’m not sure you’re all that sure you really like those IWC’s as much as you think

Just buy grey.

That being said, buying another brand (that I wanted) for $30k and a ladies watch (that I wanted) did get me a Pepsi.

As a bundle sure, otherwise you'll be snookered behind the eight ball with no real guarantee. I'd rather play it safe and wait or if you have to, bite the bullit and go grey, at least then your buying at the market price.

I agree with the above. Go grey. If you flog the 2 IWC’s you’ll probably find you would have been similar in doing so.

Clearly, if you like the watches then go for it. But as a bundle and not a promise.

Gross profit margin on the IWC's for the AD is 40%-45%.
So do the math. Is it enough for the AD to let go of his precious SS GMT.

fully agree. do not buy those IWCs on promises only. Make sure he sells them to you together with the SS GMT. Furthermore, it will be very hard to move those IWCs. You wont be able to sell them for the chrono24 prices and gray dealers will absolutely fleece you.
