Help! Submariner 14060 without luminova dial?

I'm confused. I've been searching for a Submariner 14060 at my price range and finally I found a good auction for the item I'm searching for. The watch is in good condition but it seems as it doesnt have a tritium dial, which I'm very fond of. At 6 o'clock it says "swiss made" instead of "swiss t <25" and the index hasn't got any patina on it. The watch was also bought in 2000 so it seems to have a luminova dial. What is the meaning of this? I thought all 14060's had a tritium dial. Any help would be appreciated.

Swiss Made with Luminova is correct for that watch, so I guess thet is original dial at it. Rolex start with that around 1998.

BTW: Välkommen.

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.

No, many 14060 were made after they switched to luminova

Rolex changed over from Tritium to Luminove in ~1998, which is about the same time that they introduced the 14060M.

Since there is carryover, there are likely a large number of 14060 models that were fitted with Luminova dials until the inventory was cleared, however, those initial dials should be "Swiss" dials. A "Swiss Made" dial may be a service change.

The Serials U and A (1997/98) with the only swiss dial are Luminova
