Yeah this thread made me think... I may trade my JLC for an IWC Big Pilot if an opportunity comes up.

I'm definitely a fan of IWC. Currently, I'm thinking about purchasing a Portuguese 3714-45 pre-owned or possibly saving up a little more for the automatic.

Or maybe I'll stick with Rolex and go for the 214270.

Very nice Gabriel

How do you find the crown for comfort? Do you find you have to wear the watch a little further down the wrist?

What about overall comfort?

Thanks for any insights you may have. Looks fantastic on you

I've always liked IWC. I had the aquatimer 2000 and then a 3714 Portuguese. Sold both, and I came back to give the newer Mark 8 a try. I really like this watch, just a great and affordable package. Now that the new 150 year Portugieser has an in-house movement, I think I'm going back to that reference.

Pilots, Portuguese are solid. I happen to have Titanium AQ, 3536-01 and Portuguese 7 day auto 5001-07
