But this pic is fantastic! It shows exactly what this watch is meant to be, a no excuses watch that is ready for anything, anywhere, anytime. It shows the SS bezel is a positive, not a negative. Sure, its a great pic and maybe a sub or a SD43 would look just as good or better but damn that’s a great lookin’ watch!

The ss bezel is SURELY a big pluspoint on this watch.. But somehow there are stories around that it scratch easily, it just is a myth… Havent got a single scratch and i use this watch on anything This watch is simply not a blingbling watch but it is extremely beautifull and i consider it for the true gentleman

I'm glad the Explorer II is a little different than the rest of the lineup. I love the ceramic bezel models, but the steel bezel is a beauty in its own right. There are a million 40mm options....I love that they give you a slightly bigger option.

The Explorer II is a more interesting and unique option in the Rolex lineup, and probably one of the most masculine watches available from any brand.

For what it's worth, in four years of hard wear I barely have a scratch on mine. It certainly does not scratch easily.

It’s indeed a wonderful watch. Mine hasn’t left my wrist since I got it. It just fits so well. Big without being clunky.

I just got my Polar Explorer II from my AD 27 JAN 20. They also gave me the Rolex Explorer II magazine and a Rolex travel case for my other timepieces. Very happy with it all.
