Not my style; I wouldn't wear it.

I don't think the OP is asking for people's individual preferences.. I think he wants to know if it's genuine and if it's worth $4000... to which I will say it appears to be a genuine 16233 model (though I cannot read the movement caliber) including factory diamond dial... if it is indeed a genuine 16233 model with factory dial, the price is actually very good, especially for retail...whoever suggested $2500 as a fair price has obviously never bought or sold a vintage Rolex... bring me 10 at $2500 and I'll buy them today...

The price is not "too bad" for this, BUT IMHO the +15 seconds is a bit off; it can be better regulated. See if you can talk the seller down a bit on the price as the watch at least needs to be adjusted.

Won't hurt to haggle a bit on the price. But if no results there - buy it if you really like it.

I second what you said bring me 10 at
$2500, a lot of people here lately commenting seem to be clueless and somewhat not helpful at all. If people cannot even tell that movement is Rolex and say it’s worth 25 dollars they should not comment. Appears a 3135 from what I can see of the bridge construction.

I can’t comment on originality of the diamonds as I cannot see the setting. Also the links section of the band and clasp could go either way original more pics needed .

This section is to confirm genuine or fake
Watch is genuine, but needs a good service base on the TIMEGRAPHER
