Rolex service centre Sydney

Hello, I was just at the Rsc in Australia square building to get a Dj service. There's a note saying they've been closed since 23rd March. Does anyone knows if the one in Melbourne is closed too? When will they reopen ?

Melbourne RSC is currently operating, however they are not open to the public at the moment.
They are managing service requirements through the AD stream.

Did you go to an AD?
Go see J Farren and I'm sure they will assist.

Melbourne should be open. I just received a quote from them to service my sub. This was through the brisbane AD. I gave them the watch about 3 weeks ago.

Overall a very Frustrating experience but they are open.

Never heard of that.

RSC Sydney been open a long time and I've used them plenty of times. Didnt know they were still closed though. Everyone is back to work. LOL

I would imagine social distancing at an RSC wouldnt be too hard. Never seen more than 1 other customer whenever I'm there.

I know J. Farren in Adelaide is open, unless they are only taking calls. I was in Rundle Mall last Saterday and they where closed ... shutters down..

I just dropped off my DJ to J farrenprice. They say the Rsc Sydney is understaffed atm and prioritise warranty claims or water damage works 1st, it may take 3 months for the service.

Btw if any Aus member wants a Pm GMT master2 there is one available. No ss sports and waiting lists closed as usual.
