Logoed Rolex thoughts?

Hello All. I whilst looking around I've noticed there are quite few Logoed watches about with company Logos or from certiain countries etc, like Domino Pizza, or Quatar etc. i was just wondering what the genral thoughts on these are? Would you say its Sacrilege or fondness?

Do they add to a value or detract?

Thanks,
Brian

They limit watches to a smaller market. Some collectors love them. For me they're a no go. I'm not one to display nationalism or company affiliation on my wrist. I'd say in general they are harder to sell. My guess is that depending on the scarcity they can boost value.

Corporate logo Rolexes used to sell for about 10% less than regular versions a few years ago. Now it's pretty much at parity, and I wouldn't be surprised if some logo dials actually started selling for more than average, but they are less liquid.

Not for me. Prefer the dials clean. I have seen some very nice case back engravements which were very nice...

Not for me, these were hard to sell and unpopular. I don’t know why the sudden popularity of the ones with Arabic writing now. Probably grays with a lot of old stock which were not moving hyping them up to sell to rich new to the hobby Arabs.

Have no interest whatsoever. Even if I was a Dominoes Pizza Franchisee, I wouldn't wear the watch.

I think they are great for the most part. I like a good story and most of those dial logos are subtle enough not to ruin the watch for me. Extra points if there is a personal connection to it, but a story like COMEX Sea Dwellers or armed forces issued watches only add to the experience, for me.

I probably wouldn't sport a Dominos Air King though
