I know the feeling!
The black dial is the most underrated, the coating AP uses can make it look black grey or even dark blue in certain lighting, pretty cool!

When you say 'coating' are you referring to the anti-reflective coating on the sapphire crystal? Any idea what the true color or the dial is? Is it a real black or more of a dark shiny grey?

Congrats and wear in good health.

The black can definitely look blue in certain lightings (and grey too!). Here’s mine.

It’s actually blue. The light can play tricks.

My apologies OP! I had the color dimmed on my phone, my fault
Congratulations that’s an amazing pickup!
Just goes to show the awesome color range in the AP dials! Wear it in good health and sorry again for the confusion!

Congrats great watch! 4 months is pretty quick. I asked a couple of years back, followed up in February and again in July - nothing. Never dealt with them before so maybe I’m out of the loop.
