Those gold hands are beautiful against the blue dial. Normally, I prefer a simpler dial with few complications. In this case, however, all the gold against the blue really suits it. In this case, seems like more is better!

About EoT:
On April 15th (the day I took this photo - see Month and Date at 3 & 4 o'clock), this beauty of a timepiece indicated the Equation of Time at zero, meaning that at this very moment Apparent Solar Time (or True Sundial) was equal to Mean Solar Time (or Civil Hour). This occurs only four times a year. Then from the next day, the indicator will progressively move to the left until May 14th and will swing back to zero again on June 12th as it will do later on September 1st and December 24th. That watchmakers manage to render a so complex celestial phenomenon in a small hand-made mechanical device is a proof of admirable know-how and mastery. In Haute Horlogerie, Equation of Time (EoT) is rightly considered the most sophisticated and poetic of complications. |

I love how the date is placed. You rarely see this on other Pams. I know the purists often think the date ruins the dial but it's such an essential complication.
Only wished they do something like this on their chronograph models. |

What a stunning photo. Must say that that really appeals (except the price - but one day maybe it could be a super partial consolidation piece). I love the blue, the gold and the titanium.
