Apart from the case material, the 5726 is by far and away the more special watch out of those three IMO.

Next to each other a DD really beats out any Nautilus IMHO. The DD is balanced and really pops.

Before the Nautilus became a major flex piece, it wasn’t that popular.
Its design is very polarizing as well as its bracelet. The SS Nautilus is very light weight and thin which will wear a lot more comfortable than any PM Rolex. It never did anything for me when they were very accessible and reasonably affordable. I do appreciate its wearability.
Rolex will always be more timeless.

Any day date over any steel Nautilus for sure - I just don’t like steel nautilus bracelets.

I am sure at some point I will switch and give my PP’s more wrist time but I chose the Rolex where even though there were many on view last night there were none like mine so it’s still something out of the norm. Besides, this whole new water resistant thing with PP really annoys me so I am more ina Rolex mood right now.
Hey, DaytonaMan,
Looking at the above pic, the DD is a much more handsome timepiece. The DD hands and sticks are much more refined and well thought out. The PP hands and sticks are bulky and, dare I say, cumbersome and almost ugly! The ice blue dial of the DD we all know is beautiful. The straight line PP dial is boring and nothing special. The lines of the DD case are refined, classic and clean. The Naut is bulky, and doesn't make any sense... I mean really? a porthole? Dumb to me. SO, all that to say, I KNOW PP BUILDS A VERY FINE timepiece, and maybe even better than Rolex. BUT, it's ugly, and that's that. I'm not wearing ugly for 80 or 100 grand. I don't care about flex and all that crap. You'll never not like wearing a plat DD. So that's that. PLEASE post what you end up buying -with pics. Cheers!
