520 black
500 white.

But ultimately buy what you like, you will wear it, not us.

This may be one of the best white dial 116520 pics I’ve ever seen. Very nice

I believe the white 116520 is the only SS Daytona Rolex ever made with a white dial and silver sub-dial/polished bezel combo. The Zenith has black sub-dials like the 116500. As did others prior. I think this will be a nice collector point over the long-run. Aren’t many white dial Professional Rolex, especially those that don’t have heavy black accents.

Getting a liking for the Daytona with the metal bezels, either in SS or PM, appear so traditional compared to the coolness of the ceramic bezels. Maybe I am old fashioned and just prefer that look?

Am surprised I expected white to be ahead by a large margin but at time of typing its 53 - 47% in favour of white. Not evenly matched but not a large difference.
My preference is white in both metal and ceramic bezel.

White dial fan myself & if we are talking 520 models then I even more so prefer the earlier ones with thin hands & Panna Cream dial.

White

As others have stated it is more legible and has the right amount of pop. Interesting though this watch gets noticed the most (or at least commented on ) out in the wild. Not necessarily a good thing, but all those that do notice and comment are watch guys.
