Help. GMT Master 2 work only in horizontal position (16710 BLRO)

I need a suggestion. I have this situation:
Rolex 16710 (pepsi) with Z77** serial, mid-2006 as I understand.
Never serviced, never opened - I own this watch since 2007 when I buy them new from Rolex Dubai AD.
As I remember they was have -2 sec./day accuracy.
I was worn them every day and never have any problems before.

About last 6-7 years they sit in box and never winded this time.
Now after full winding they work only in horizontal position.
I was put them to winder for 1 day but no luck.
Sometimes they stop, after I push them and they continue work.
In any other position they stop after 3-5 seconds.
Please point me how possible to troubleshoot this without watchmaker?
Maybe some tips how I can "training" them after this long time storage?

Andrew.

It’s probably dried out. Get it serviced.

Try gently warming the watch in a glass of hot water. It may soften any sticky lube
that might be gumming up the watch. If it works set it aside till you find someone
to service it.

I just had a very similar experience with my 22 year old Sub that I bought a couple of weeks ago. It worked great while on my wrist, but would stop within a few hours when sitting horizontally in a case. After a few days of this I decided to just marathon-wear it for several days. After that, it has run fine in all situations. I was told it was serviced in 2013 and don’t know where it has been since then. But I suspect there was a lubricant issue that has worked itself out.

Thanks, I have the opposite situation - on wrist they hung after 5 seconds (in any position except horizontally).
As for now they work about 5 hours non-stop laid horizontally on the shelf.
Pre-warm-up ongoing process before Hot jacuzzi as Beelzy suggested above )

2006? Service time, plain and simple. Warming up the watch is pointless, and helping the watch to run more in its current state will do more harm than good.

Service time - agreed completely! I was worried that something was broken (like winding spring) so I don't planning use watch before serviced.
