No, two’s company, three’s a crowd… and with Russell, Russ, and Busyboy, six is a gaggle, at least!

I did DSSD / Sub 114060 / Hulk / Daytona 116520 / Explorer

5711 Blue
5167 Aqua

Glad I did. Hopefully will add Ceramic Daytona soon.

Wish I had kept Hulk and added more cash but overall no regrets really

Yes I would for a 5712, ideally I'd keep the LVc and trade the other two.

Was this thread moved to the Rolex section? I swear I wrote this reply ten hours ago and the responses are mostly from infiltrators from Rolex I see...

I would do the swap absolutely. 3 tool watches for a masterpiece.

Well worth it.

YES. I’d trade those 3 for a 5712 in a heartbeat. None of the three you’re giving up are rare or difficult to obtain immediately. It’s hard to find someone that would even sell you a 5712. No brainer.

Do it if you have a big collection of watches. I would not do it if you have less than 5 watches.

I thought you would have other Rolexes, so yes then it's a no brainer really.

No way. Pre owned good condition I’d say 37 retail max so considering this is trade value OP is getting a fair shake.

Precisely. The trade proposition is so compelling it’s silly.

Considering the OP has those other Rolexes (and if I'm reading correctly, no additional cash), then yes, in a heartbeat. That is a crazy deal. I would even go out and acquire a black Daytona C at grey prices, add them to my 2 and do the trade.

I would. I've had the hulk and blnr before and currently have a DaytonaC and 5712. I much prefer the 5712 to three others combined.

What did you decide to do? The 5712/1a won’t sit around long at an AD.

I'd do it but try to hang on to the BLNR if you can.
