Can anyone tell me just what in the hell is going on here?!?

This bracelet has 4 different part numbers on it... the weird thing is I have seen another 93153-18 with 78390 links before.. Shouldn’t 78390 links be silver and 78393 links are two tone? I know fakes commonly put part numbers from say a jubilee on a clasp that’s a 93150... are the links and end links even gen? The clasp appears to be but at this point it could be fake too.
