Not so quick, I have the 'bad luck' to own three rolexxes and they all have different lug widths. Maybe not common but there are 21mm's out there (Explorer II i believe)

I just saw one on eBay for 8000GBP.
Chrono24 has some but I believe them to be for the 5168 or fakes.
