1680 Bezel Insert advice

I’ve been looking to source a nice mk3 bezel insert for some time and this one is on offer. I don’t trust my own eyes on telling inserts apart, so can someone give me some advice?

It looks so pristine that I’m a bit unsure of its authenticity.

Looking more carefully now, I believe the pointed 4 indicates it’s aftermarket as I suspected.

That is a 16610 insert.

...for a 5 digit sub bezel. It will not fit a 1680.

Pip and white gold surround is another sign of 16610 insert
