FS: 1966 Rolex Explorer ref.1016 w/ Gilt Tropical Dial

S/N: 1.3mil (1966)

Case: Excellent case that appears to be unpolished and has some wear from us. Case back stamped II.66.

Dial: Excellent glossy gilt black dial that is beginning to fade to a subtle brown hue with creamy hour markers and matching hands. The glossy finish on the dial is in excellent condition with very little wear. The lume still glows briefly when put under a bright light, which is correct for watches from this period.

Bracelet: Complimentary Italian leather strao
