No stamp, the AD scans the card which registers the warranty activation date with AP. Then online you can check through their site when it was activated & if the additional 3 years have been added.

Tats a great departure from the old stamped booklet warranty.

Had the new warranty card yesterday, with the purchase of my ROO rose gold
Like it for being so much more compact compared to the previous warranty booklet, if only the watch box is made smaller too..

I had the same issue - my new 15400 showed up 4x in “my watches”! It now shows up only 2x (improvement?).

AP AsiaPac has already reached out by email letting me know that they are working to resolve the issue. If you have any concerns, email AP. For some reason their website is consistently buggy.

I also got the small booklet and warranty card only - no more large instruction manual and warranty book

Personally, I register my APs as soon as I receive them (generally while sitting in the Boutique).

I can’t see any reason to wait.

hi guys quick question and was wondering if you guys can help out a bit.

been trying source down a yellow gold 15450 in blue dial with no joy. (all the boutiques i've called here in Taiwan as well as having buddies ask in Australia have all claimed that they dont have it anymore as its discontinued)

only way is through grey market (closest to me in Hong Kong) and with this new type of warranty card, is it 100% secure to use as a way of checking/validating the authenticity of the watch being sold?

been researching online and scrutinized every picture i can find and made comparisons to the real caliber 3120 and its really hard to tell.

as the watch is around 33000 usd i really want to be secure about it. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

the seller is one called "LuxewareHK" and they claim to have 2 pieces in stock.

I really don't like the EXTRA LARGE '3-YEAR WARRANTY' being printed out on the back of the card.....

It is kinda silly. But hey if they think it helps compete against other brands why not.

Do watches before Nov 17 not have a warranty card then? If so, what do they have please?

They have a large warranty book with pre printed information on your watch plus a dealer stamp and date if it has been purchased via an AD or boutique.

Thank you. So if I buy this watch and then want to take it in for service within the warranty period, is the warranty book all AP require in order to prove it has a warranty?

Obviously I will have nothing to show that I actually own the watch so I just wonder what they require for proof of warranty? Thanks again.

The book should be sufficient but if it was supplied originally through legitimate channels it should be on their system anyway.

Is it registered online on your account? If not, then no way of accessing the AP system of which I am aware.

The information on the first page of the warranty book. I have never tried to re register a previously registered piece so not sure whether you can.
