All Perfectionist / OCDers Out There, Would This Bother You?

Admittedly , I am very attentive to details and imperfections no matter how minor. They will bother me in one way or another.

I have several watches that have printed dials and most of them they don’t seem to align exactly. They might not be as expensive as the usual Rolexes but are these slight deviations common? In fact, I do have Rolexes that have imperfections too.

I do have the following watch but I managed to find an exact picture from a watch review.

If you guys can notice, the square markers beside the 9,10,2,3 markers are not aligned equally to the dial. Would such deviations bother you?

In fact, in other brands with printed dials, I do notice similar flaws.

Are these deviations typical on printed dial where it is impossible to get it perfectly printed and aligned to the watch case?

Would need to see one in the metal, as the image above could be considered as simply highlighting the common parallax error one sees when viewed from an angle.
In other words, if the camera was centred directly above the hand stack, would the issue still be present?

None of the markers align.

Not sure what to say since I do not like the watch at all. I don't stare at dials and I am more concerned with time keeping performance.

This would bother me, regardless of the price of the watch.

Yes. This would bother me. I would constantly be trying to twist the dial.

The bezel is not supposed to align with the dial.

I wouldn't say that I am OCD but this would definitely bother me. It is very noticeable and hard to unsee.

No that wouldn't bother me much because I Believe its designed that way and not an error or blemish.

To quote Bob Marley “don’t worry be happy” there is imperfection in everything if you look long enough and hard enough. That behavior isn’t ocd anything its looking for a reason to be unhappy with the item

So it looks like they have poor QC processes?

That would bother me.
Hard to unsee once you've seen it, and may forever bother you.

Looks fine to me - just the angle of the shots is all, I expect.

That's Bobby McFerrin, not Bob Marley.
