Montblanc Meisterstück Diamond Size Difference

I have a question regarding the Diamonds in the caps of Montblanc Meisterstück Diamond Series pens.

Would the Diamond in the cap of a LeGrand be larger than that of a Mozart? It seems to me that if MB used identical stones, the larger pens would contain a Diamond that looks smaller than one encapsulated in a smaller sized pen.

Does anyone here have two from this series of different sizes?

Thank you.

I don't know for certain, but the details should be provided in the description of the pens. I had been looking at the diamond collections at one point and I do recall seeing at least 2 different sizes mentioned, particularly between the Classique and LeGrand.

Thanks for the tip!

I took this info and did a bit more digging myself. I found some unboxing videos on YouTube that showed the certificate MB provides for the Diamond. Having seen an unboxing for a Classique and a LeGrande, I noticed that the carat weight for the different sized pens is in fact different.

Classique - 0.03 Carat, G Color, SI Clarity
LeGrande - 0.05 Carat, G Color, SI Clarity

The magnifying effect of the clear resin cap gives the Diamond an enlarged appearance.

Not sure how the Mozart sizes measures up in carat weight. I imagine around 0.02 ct.
