In fact, the local shop has just got some bottles of Tanqueray number 10 in, and I wonder what's special about it (apart from the price tag), it may involve some research.....

Exxxxcellent, Otis. I have already done the research for you, my friend. It is a superb Gin - much smoother and more flavorful than the regular Tanqueray. I still prefer Bombay Sapphire - but hey! That's just me, don't ya know. Carry on the research...
