Seriously consider a 372 over a 422 due to the slightly more iconic look I’m seeking, but am concerned about how easily the plexi will scratch. Can you guys tell me how easy does the plexi scratch and is it easy to get them out or does it just need to be replaced at service? Appreciate your experiences.

It can scratch pretty easily, but they’re just as easily removed with a cotton ball and Polywatch.

Scratches are the whole point of getting the plexi version in my opinion. If you want to keep the watch pristine, then get 372 with a sapphire crystal.

If you have to ask that means that Plexi is not for you. The scratches will end up bothering you.

If you are concerned about the plastic crystal go for a new 372 that have a sapphire crystal.

The good news is that the 372 comes with an additional Plexi. It adds to the mood of the watch.

Scratches add character.
