Yes that's my arm, I meet a lot of my clients for the first time at the morgue. Some clients are return customers........

No they dont use embalming fluids for an autopsy, sometimes clients / victims will be posted a second time years later to confirm a finding or to check to see if something was missed.

what's the natural vs murder deaths you deal with? any favourites type of carcasses to work on?

I know they don't use embalming fluid, just was a joke, and couldn't think of any chemical you might use in your line of work. Didn't think you were serious when you said you had repeat customers.

I sure hope that isn't a real dead person in the background of that photo. If it is, that's not very sensitive and tastless. If that was my loved one, I sure as hell wouldn't want someone taking pictures of their watch with the body.
