Advertised as a fake or not, the use of Rolex anywhere on a watch that isn't a Rolex is a trademark violation. That is why most of this listings get removed.

Right on, Jason. It is NEVER okay to BUY, SELL, TRADE or MANUFACTURE a product that has a registered trademark that belongs to someone else.
