New member intro

Just a quick note of introduction.

Found the forum via some searches regarding 16750 GMTs, one of which (black bezel/Jubilee bracelet) I've owned since new from 1987.

My dad had a Datejust from the same era, and after his Jubilee bracelet broke a few years ago, I lent him my bracelet and went the Rubber B and/or NATO-strap route.

I recently decided to get his bracelet repaired, and put my Jubilee back on on the GMT. I realized that the jeweler (believe it or not, an Authorized Dealer!) put mis-matched endlinks on and decided to take matters into my own hands.

The forum was instrumental in me getting my GMT back together properly (50 to 550 to 20 mm bars). Thank you!
