Question regarding Rolex oxblood

Did any of the Rolex day date oxblood white gold came with diamond hand markers and diamond bezel?

It is certainly possible - If you have the reference number of the watch, that should reveal whether it originally came with a diamond bezel.

Assuming the dial is genuine white gold Stella oxblood diamond, there is likely no way to know whether it was born in that particular watch. Photos are needed for any more info.
