Just had an excellent transaction with Big Watch Buyers. Vlad and Russ are very honest, courteous and professional. They know their products very well. Communications are fast (we exchanged about 20 e-mails within a few hours followed by phone calls the next day). Class act and excellent to deal all the way around. Very customer oriented--has done everything possible to help meet my special request for a new watch. I highly recommend them and will buy from them again without any hesitation.
