In terms of what find more aesthetically nicer to you, not what is harder to obtain in the market or regarding resale value!

Neither. I don't wear white dials, I don't like the ceramic Daytona bezel and I'm not a fan of the jubilee bracelet. Looks good on others though

Aesthetically I prefer the Daytona. I’m not crazy about the jubilee on a sport watch. That along with the colors limit what you can wear it with. In my opinion.

Go to Rolex.com, hit search, type "panda" and see what comes up. Yes we know it isn't a true panda because the subdials aren't filled, however, it is still referred to as a panda - even by Rolex themselves. I don't understand the hostility towards people for their terms. It is ridiculous.

The batgirl is not really a superhero and the pepsi is not a fizzy beverage....

FWIW I love the Daytona and would pick over the two, and am lucky enough to have both.

The worst part about TRF is the animosity.

Can I choose BLRO on an oyster bracelet? If not then Daytona. I just can’t do the jubilee.

I’ll chose the Daytona. Not because I already own one but because I’ll legit chose it over the Pepsi even if I don’t

I own both and would go with the Daytona-C. No shortcoming on the Pepsi but I do like chronographs and I have a Tudor Pepsi GMT.

Own both . Pepsi is more of a daily and it reads more easily . Daytona is hard to read

Own both and love them both, but if I really must choose one, it's gotta be the 116500LN Daytona - it's that watch that really sucked me into the Rolex world.

Own both, I prefer the GMT for size and functionality. They are both lovely in any collection.

Any Daytona over any GMT for me.
Tried the BLRO from my AD a while back and didn’t like it. To me it looks way nicer in pictures and on other peoples wrist.

None of this makes it a Panda, you are just parroting others mistaken goofy names that do not apply to this Daytona. You are very much entitled to your opinion and probably hear from idiots like me who are just trying to clue people in. For me, it’s still fun on TRF and thanks for posting anyway...

BLRO by a mile. I have always thought the Daytona is too busy.

I have a BLRO and would love a daytona, if I had to select one it would be the daytona as I love racing chronographs

You are correct, sir!!!! Hard to believe, people on this forum still can't understand the difference between a white dial Daytona and a Panda Daytona. Aren't they embarrassed at this point or is just an unwillingness to understand/learn the difference.......i don't get it!!!

BLRO because I think it's a little more functional for me.

I'm definitely waiting for a white Daytona for my wife though. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Would you liken referring to the current white dial Daytona as a "panda" similar to killing kittens? If these inconsequential details bother you so much, I'd hate to see your cortisol levels.

That being said, I'm sure you've referred to a tissue as a "kleenex" or a sticky note as a "post-it".... That would be factually incorrect nomenclature and should you expect to be persecuted by people around you for that? Of course not.

Lighten up.

As I've said before the 116500 is actually a lemur.

you can't go wrong with either one. i think your AD is offering the choice of one or the other then that must mean he will offer it to you again at a later time.

so if it was me i would get the Daytona first then BLRO at a later time.
