Are the bracelets interchangeable? Has anyone done it?

If you’re talking about the Tudor BB 36 and Tudor BB 36 S&G (non diver), then they both have 19mm lug width and it should be interchangeable.

If you’re talking about the the diver S&G then they will have different lug widths as the diver will be 21mm

Correct, referring to both BB36 models. Hoping someone has a picture, as I am not crazy about the gold smooth bezel and already have a BB36.
