Is there truth to this

Saw this watch on ebay and wondered do they really make an all black rolex?

It was left in the sun too long without sunblock.... Happens.

I have seen one that was treated 3 years ago. It still looked great, no scratches or anything and it was a dialy wearer. I forget who he said did it but it was one of the more expensive companies that he told me. He said he shopped around and paid premium. I think that stuff is pretty tough but not for me. I'll stick with my SS watches. Buy it, it might turn out to be a 18k gold watch under there. LOL J/K

Most people who have had it done on their watches give positive reviews as far as I know. I would buy a DLC Rolex only if it was done at the factory.

I think they did a horrible PAINT job with that watch. I wouldn't do it to any of my watches. It makes it look like a toy and less of a Rolex.

I think the DLC treatment is interesting but not enough to pay the premium for the procedure!!!
