Patina of hands, dial plots, and pearl looks to match nicely. Bezel looks good and dial and bezel appear free of major marks. Case looks worn but not polished. Overall looks pretty good and correct.

If the price is right and you like it, I think it's a buy. Looks like an honest 5513 from the mid to late 80s.
