Sandwich..what year starts
In what year started to go on sale the PAM 111 sandwich? With the top and bottom glass of the box.

What do you mean "top and bottom glass of the box"?
All 111 have display backs (aka you can see the movement). 111 E, F, G has painted dials 111 H onward have cut out dials (aka sandwhich) But if you talking sandwhich sapphire (like a speedmaster), all 111 are sandwhice sapphire. The 1 had a solid back.
