Hi, thanxs for your responses. Yes I agree the gap between the lugs and the bracelet is not right. I don't now the year yet, I have asked for a serial number but haven't got a reply so far. The aking price is about chf 2200 which is about usd 2250.

A part from the bracelet issue, does the watch look genuine ?

Many thanxs

The watch head looks right. Need more photos of the band and serial/model number. The band might be for a Date model (19 mm end links) or it could just be aftermarket. The gap is definitely not supposed to be there.

End-link issue might just be a matter of it being a repro bracelet or wrong part for that watch. If a repro it would devalue the watch a few $C.

Wrong band for the watch, but head looks ok. Where is the watch? In Switzerland? If yes, make an appointment with the seller at a Bucherer store and have it checked on the spot.

Not an expert but I follow prices and $2,200 seems high for a 1601 without a correct jubilee bracelet. To me the head and dial look authentic and if that is truly the case it's a a $1700-1900 watch.
