V Serial Daytona

Can someone tell me what it means if a watchmaker says my Daytona has intermittent chatter? I've never heard that term before and can't find a link to it through Google. Is there another term for that? Is it a real thing?
Also, if a Daytona measures at +4s/d; 262 amplitude; and .3ms beat error is it in need of immediate service? Those numbers are within Rolex specs, are they not? Do those specs describe a relatively healthy watch?
Thanks for any insight anyone might be able to provide.

The amplitude could be higher, the accuracy and beat error are fine. Nothing to worry methinks.

Thanks, Bas. Any idea what "intermittent chatter" might mean? Anyone? Maybe there's another term for it that's more common.

I unfortunately do not know what that means, sorry.
