Exactly one year since I last set it and the SBGT235 has gained just under two seconds (The vintage pair have gone to new owners).

That's absolutely outrageous. Given its looks, functionality, and versatility, that one is a strong contender for top value in luxury watches.

Yeah, value-wise it's hard to beat, especially if the suggested 50-year service interval holds true, then it'll pretty much pay for itself. This was an impulse buy for me just over 4 years ago in Japan, and it still gets a shared majority of my wrist time with my SKX009.

Yes, JDM and still in production as far as I know. This one is SBGT235 and the black dial version is SBGT237.
