Zenith A384 sloppy lume

Hello
I recently purchased a Zenith A384 secondhand. Love the watch, but the lume on the hour markers and hands looks like it was sloppily applied. Is this normal?
Thanks!

Hard to tell from the picture. Doesn't look any worse than on the indices...
