Nowhere to buy AP in Canada...now what?!

Hi everyone, maybe I am missing something. I am looking to buy one of the new 43mm offshore in rosegold and I am attempting to find a location in Canada to purchase. It is not showing anywhere at all at the moment. Just an AP service centre. Does anyone know of any new boutiques coming to Canada or is there an existing authorized dealer that I do not know about. Thanks

Not the answer I was searching for, with Covid and our tight travel restrictions still looming, not going to go through the hassle of traveling just yet for a watch.

Yeah, sad that Canada is not considered a market for AP. Toronto has AD's for VC and PP.

I may check out AP in NYC on my next trip to visit my son there, after the land border reopens

Clearly there's no money in Canada for AP to care about. Just like how they don't care about the money in Northern California (from another thread on here).

Amazing to think with our paltry 1 trillion dollar NorCal economy, we do not have a either a AP or Vacheron Boutique.

I sent an email to AP International customer relations asking if there is a point of sale in Canada or if they are planning to add a boutique in Canada and they responded that I can purchase and order a watch through any of the boutiques in USA. Guess that's it.

We are in a global marketplace, just go to your nearest boutique

I'd still reach out to the NYC boutique and express the situation and interest. While the piece is hot since it's new, I can't imagine there are as many buyers stampeding for that watch in 1-2 years time given the size and price point.

Probably worthwhile to have a place holder, then visit in NY and probably get the watch in hands by the time travel is a bit easier.

Pretty unbelievable that they don’t have a retail presence in the GTA, one of the largest centers in NorthAmerica

BTW, Andrea and I are headed to Italy in a couple of weeks.

We did the research and feel pretty good about it all. Heading to Bologna and that area for some much overdue food and vino. Pics go follow

Wow, Italy at this time of year is incredible, you will be able to enjoy all of the seasonal fruits and vegetables and lots of vino! Great times ahead for sure!
